UVM Adaptive Sports is a program through Volunteers in Action - a student volunteer club network of 15 – 20 programs that address a number of social issues in and around the local community. The UVM Adaptive Sports program is designed to incorporate the UVM community in fun athletic activities to support the mentally and physically challenged members of the state of Vermont. Our goal is to facilitate companionship and understanding between UVM students and people with mental and physical disabilities.
