Applications are due next Wednesday, November 13About The Next Step Retreat
Every January, the Next Step provides participants with a personal and collective experience in which to further develop their own knowledge and skills about their social identities. During this intergroup dialogue retreat, participants learn how to become better change agents and activists against racism, sexism, heterosexism, ableism, religious discrimination, classism and other socially constructed oppressions. The Next Step Retreat is made up of roughly 65 participants (undergraduate and graduate students) and a team of 16 facilitators who work in teams of two to lead small groups of 8-10 participants through the retreat experience. Curious about what past participants have had to say about The Next Step?
